Maintenance of the equipment
Regulators
During a period of use: Rinse after each dive
Before a storage period: Rinse with clean water without pressing the 2nd stage valve. This prevents water from entering the regulator through the 2nd stage valve and reaching the 1st stage via the hose.
Do not store for a long period of time with the black sealing cap on the seat. This allows moisture to escape.
Have it checked once a year to save you a lot of hassle when you go on vacation.
